Client Satisfaction Guarantee

1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record (MoR). This means Paddle is the official seller of our products and handles all transactions, taxes, and invoicing.

2. Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (software licenses, templates, source code), once the product has been downloaded or access has been granted, we generally do not offer refunds.

3. Exceptions

If you change your mind about your purchase and have NOT downloaded the product or accessed premium services, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Paddle will process the refund directly.

4. Subscriptions

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle portal. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access until that date. No prorated refunds are offered.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you can: (1) Contact Paddle directly through the link in your purchase receipt, or (2) Email us at contact@mail.joyolababy.com with your Order ID. Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.
